Well, parts of the midstate is under a WINTER STORM WARNING. Immediate Harrisburg region might get up to 6 inches of snow.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM SATURDAY TO 4 AM EST SUNDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
A DEVELOPING STORM SYSTEM OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS STATES WILL HEAD EAST TO THE LOWER OHIO RIVER VALLEY BY DAYBREAK SATURDAY. THIS LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL SPREAD A LARGE AREA OF STEADY SNOW INTO THE AREA VERY LATE TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY EVENING...BEFORE TAPERING TO PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOW OR SNOW SHOWERS SATURDAY NIGHT.
STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 8 INCHES ARE LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNING AREA BY LATE SATURDAY NIGHT... WITH SOME OF THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS NEAR THE INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR SEEING UP TO 10 INCHES.
SNOWFALL TO THE SOUTH OF ROUTE 22 MAY BE UP TO A FEW INCHES LESS...IN THE 4 TO 6 INCH RANGE. SOME SLEET COULD BRIEFLY MIX IN WITH THE SNOW ACROSS SOMERSET COUNTY LATER SATURDAY AFTERNOON INTO EARLY SATURDAY EVENING.
A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF SNOW IS FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA FLASHLIGHT...FOOD...BLANKET AND A CELLULAR PHONE IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
